Dispensa Giarretta is open to everyone, not just guests of the relais, come and discover the authentic tastes of Sicily.
Vegetables, fruits and herbs are harvested by the hands of our farmers and brought to our kitchen. The pasta and bread you taste are handmade on the estate, or come from local KM0 suppliers.
The eggs used in the kitchen are fresh and come from the estate’s free-range hens.
