Citrus-smoked tuna carpaccio with organic fruits from our estate – Tenuta Giarretta

Homemade Sicilian durum wheat maccheroncini with a cream of organic zucchini from our garden and shrimp

Sea bass roulade on a velvety pea purée

Fresh fruit salad and organic lemon sorbet
The lunch includes a glass of wine from one of our carefully selected local wineries, to complement the experience with the taste of the territory.
