Our nocellara dell’Etna olives are grown organically, without the use of pesticides or chemicals, to ensure the highest quality and authenticity of the extra virgin olive oil we produce. The olive trees are cultivated with love and respect for nature, ensuring that each fruit is rich in flavour and character.
The olives are harvested by hand, carefully selecting the ripe fruit to obtain an oil of the highest quality. The olives are then processed in accordance with local traditions, through cold extraction processes that preserve all the organoleptic and health properties of the oil.
